Dream OOTW by Yedidya Darshan (creator of TCM finale) is what we've all dreamed of. It's concise, it hits hard, and needs absolutely no setup. No more awkward switches or funny moves, no more need to wait for the whole deck to be split. You can run all the way through half of the deck, or stop much earlier, letting them freely choose between red or black cards. No fishy moves, no switches, there's a variation that can even be done surrounded; this is as good as it gets.
